CHICAGO (WLS) -- A war of words between the United States and Russia is heating up over the crisis in Ukraine. The country's acting prime minister says Russia seems to want to start a third World War.

Illinois Congressman Mike Quigley was in Ukraine this past week to get a firsthand look at the situation there. He talks about the threat of a bigger conflict, the U.S. response and what's driving Russian President Vladimir Putin.
