Metra train hits vehicle near Berwyn

BERWYN, Ill. (WLS) -- A Metra BNSF train hit a vehicle Thursday evening, according to a Metra spokesperson.

The train was schedule to arrive at its location at 6:54 p.m. but was stopped due to the incident. Trains experienced delays of 15-20 minutes while the incident was cleared.

No injuries were reported.
