The North Side restaurant is family-owned; the second generation took over at 5039 N. Broadway in Uptown a few years back.
Babich tackled stir fry duck breast with bean sprouts.
Kelly Cheng, general manager, and Laura Cheng, executive chef, were in the kitchen Thursday to make the dish and talk about the restaurant.
