Uptown Hong Kong-style Chinese barbecue restaurant celebrating Lunar New Year

CHICAGO (WLS) -- ABC7 Chicago Cooked up a Hong Kong-style Storm Thursday, as Chicago and the rest of the world celebrate the Lunar New Year.

Tracy Butler was off; so, Tanja Babich was in the kitchen with Sun Wah BBQ.

The North Side restaurant is family-owned; the second generation took over at 5039 N. Broadway in Uptown a few years back.

Babich tackled stir fry duck breast with bean sprouts.

Kelly Cheng, general manager, and Laura Cheng, executive chef, were in the kitchen Thursday to make the dish and talk about the restaurant.
