CHICAGO (WLS) -- Mayor Rahm Emanuel and Cook County Board President Toni Preckwinkle took part in a fundraiser Wednesday night for a new anti-violence program called TITO, the "It's About Time Organization."

Its efforts will be focused on curbing violence in the 3rd, 4th, and 5th wards.
