Abbott hosts FREE family event with Chicago's Master Drummer John Yost of Rhythm Revolution

WHAT:

Take your musical skills, rock fantasies and "air instrument" moves to a whole new level. Thanks to Abbott, Chicago's favorite master drummer John Yost of Rhythm Revolution will give families a FREE chance to try a new way to be more active together. John will transform the popular drumming workout sweeping the country into a family activity that anyone, anywhere can try. All it takes is a little creativity and a lot of fun - don't worry about drumsticks, he'll show you how to use spatulas, spoons, boxes and other 'found objects' to get up and groove.

The event is part of Abbott's FULL-Life Hacks series to provide families with quick and easy ideas to spend time together and stay active. It is based on insights from more than 2 million people around the world that revealed family and health are most important to living a full life, but time and money are top barriers.
