Prosecutors: Ex-Congressman Mel Reynolds starred in sex videos

CHICAGO (WLS) -- There was a bombshell Wednesday in the case of embattled former Congressman Mel Reynolds.

Federal prosecutors revealed in a court filing that the Illinois Democrat starred in sex videos that were found on his laptop computer.

Reynolds has been convicted of child pornography charges and now under indictment for tax fraud.

He could not be reached for a comment on Wednesday.
