Start off small and work your way up! Set mini goals for yourself every 45 to 60 days. When you hit your goal, reward yourself. Celebrating yourself is a great way to stay on track!

The 80/20 rule is very real! Your physical transformation begins in the kitchen so start making one positive change in your food and drink consumption. Your body will thank you later. Especially, when working out. Find an activity you love and stick to it. I personally enjoy Pilates and yoga at FFC. When I am traveling around the country, I love jumping rope because it keeps my heart rate up.
