CHICAGO (WLS) -- The 2015 Humana Rock n' Roll Chicago Half Marathon is coming on the weekend July 17-19.
The festival kicks off on Friday with the running expo at McCormick Place, followed by two days of races in Grant Park: a 5k race on Saturday, and a 10k and half marathon on Sunday. Bands play and there is entertainment for runners at each mile marker. The race benefits St. Jude and The V Foundation. Before runners hit the starting line, Operation Manager with the Rock n' Roll Chicago Half Marathon, Beth Salinger, met with ABC 7 to discuss this year's race.
