White Sox host young athletes with special needs

CHICAGO (WLS) -- A group of kids got a lesson in health and wellness while also sharpening their baseball skills on a major league diamond.

The White Sox hosted more than 20 young athletes with special needs Monday afternoon at U.S. Cellular Field.

The kids all got on-field instruction from members of the White Sox staff. They each took home a baseball-themed wellness packet, along with memories to last a lifetime.
