ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, Ill. (WLS) -- The Daily Herald's Scott Morgan talks about this year's Suburban Chicago's Got Talent contest in Arlington Heights. This year's winners were Ryan Cooper and Laura Burke - it marks the first year that there has been a tie.
