Tips on dealing with anxiety
Now as many students prepare for their first exams, some are dealing with anxious nights of long studying.

CHICAGO (WLS) -- College classes are in full swing around the country. Now as many students prepare for their first exams, some are dealing with anxious nights of long studying.

Neely Benn, MSW, an anxiety and depression therapist at NorthShore University HealthSystem, visited ABC7 Eyewitness News to talk about how parents can help their students dealing with anxiety.
