Kelly & Michael v. Val & Ryan

CHICAGO (WLS) -- Kelly Ripa and Michael Strahan made one of the first friendly wagers on the Chicago Cubs and New York Met postseason matchup and it was directed at our own Windy City LIVE.

Live is putting pizza on the line. Chicago v. New York style.

"If we win, or when the Mets win, we should get Chicago deep dish pizzas for our staff," Strahan said. "If we lose, which is not going to happen, we will send you pizza from New York. The best pizza in the world."

Ripa also joked about doing a host swap, which got Ryan Chiaverini and Val Warner thinking.

"This whole pizza bet has been done so many times before. What we really want is to come co-host your show," Warner said.

"Live with Ryan and Val has a ring to it," Chiaverini said.

Time will tell how this bet is settled.

Live with Kelly and Michael airs at 9 a.m. on weekday mornings and Windy City LIVE airs at 11 a.m. on ABC7.
