Ricketts family snaps up 3 more rooftop buildings near Wrigley Field

CHICAGO (WLS) -- The owners of the Cubs have purchased more Wrigley rooftops.

A company owned by the Ricketts family bought three more rooftop properties across from Wrigley Field.

All three are along Waveland Avenue.They include two owned by Beyond the Ivy and the Sky Lounge rooftop.

The Ricketts family now owns 9 of the 16 rooftops. A spokesperson for the family says they would consider buying more.
