KIEL, Wis. --
Kiel police say they have arrested a fourth high school student they say was involved in sending threatening text messages. Three Kiel High School students were arrested last week after a teacher confiscated a cell phone and discovered some threatening messages to harm students and staff.
The fourth student, 18, was arrested Wednesday at Howards Grove High School.
Investigators don't think the teens intended to carry out the threats.
The teens say the messages were intended to be a joke among friends. But, they could face disorderly conduct charges.
