Organized labor representatives from around Chicago gathered for the rally Thursday morning. The group gathered at the Haymarket Monument in the city's West Loop. Speakers touched on issues including fair trade agreements, workers' access to healthcare and Thursday's 'May Day' immigration march.

The event was held to promote fairness and justice in the workplace.
