Security flaw found in iPhone

A security flaw may expose the private data of iPhone users. Apple says it's working on a software update to fix it.

The vulnerability allows unauthorized users to gain access to private information stored on the iPhone, even if the device is locked.

Apple has not said when the update to fix the flaw would be available. In the meantime, Apple recommended that iPhone users set the "home" button to open up to the iPod music library ¶rather than the iPhone's "favorites" menu.
