Extreme Makeover Home Edition helps downstate family

Demolition got underway yesterday at the Grys' family home in Pekin. That's near Peoria.

In just a few days, the family will have a new home that's safer for their 8-year old son, Jake. He has brittle bone disease.

His mother says Jake first predicted three years ago that host Ty Pennington would come to rebuild their home as soon as he had time.

The episode is expected to air on ABC in December or January.
