Sales boom for low-cost meat product

Spam is making a comeback. Hormel Foods says sales of Spam have increased by double digits in recent months. The food company believes the tough economy is driving sales of its low-cost canned ham and pork product.

Employees at the Minn. plant that makes Spam have been working overtime since July to keep up with the demand.
