FBI: '45-second bandit' in custody

January 9, 2009 (CHICAGO) Nineteen-year-old Andrew Johnson was arrested Thursday night. He was charged with one count of bank robbery for holding up the Bank of America in the 5400-block of North Milwaukee last November.

Johnson is also suspected in at least nine other robberies but has not been charged.

Investigators say the "45-second bandit" gave bank employees 45 seconds to meet his demands.

If convicted, Johnson faces up to 20 years in prison.
