Women who drink coffee appear to have a lower risk of stroke. A new long-term study shows that women who drink three cups of coffee every day reduce their stroke risk by 20 percent compared with non-coffee drinkers.

Researchers caution that they studied only healthy women with no other risk factors for stroke.
