PB and J Breakfast Smoothie

September 28, 2009 Serves 1-2

2 cups vanilla soy milk or whole milk
1/3 cup blueberry or other fruit jam
2 whole bananas (preferably peeled and frozen)
1/3 cup smooth peanut butter
5 ice cubes (if using unfrozen bananas)

1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender and mix on high for 1-2 minutes until it reaches the consistency of a milkshake and all fruit is blended.
2. Variations: Add your favorite fruit. Add a dollop of honey. Add a teaspoon of cinnamon.
