Executive Chef Christophe David has crafted a decedent Thanksgiving menu guaranteed to surpass even your wildest dreams of the perfect turkey-day feast. A variety of Chef's tables will serve seafood, hot and cold dishes, bread and cheese, along with pastries. Seafood selections range from Steamed Snow Crab Claws, Oysters on the Half Shell and Applewood Smoked Trout to Assorted Sushi of the Day. Salads offered will range from Fennel and Apple Salad and Artichoke Salad to Beet Panzanella Salad. Elanore's Sweet Potatoes, Roasted Root Vegetables and Cauliflower and Truffled Béchamel among others.

This Thanksgiving at C-House Fish and Chops, Executive Chef Nicole Pederson will serve a traditional three course dinner with a creative twist. Priced at $39 per person and $19 for children 12 and under, the first course offers options such as Sweet Potato Soup and Heirloom Apple Salad. Entrée selections include choice of Oven Roasted Turkey, Grilled Pork Chop and Whole Roasted Trout. As a French-American Chicago staple, Executive Chef Dominique Tougne has developed an unforgettable blend of the two cuisines for his 2009 Thanksgiving Day menu. The three course prix fixe will be offered from 12:00 - 8:00pm Thursday, November 26, priced at $32.95 for adults and $12.95 for children 12 and under. For the appetizer, guests have the option to choose from Butternut Squash Soup, Onion Soup, and Wild mushroom and Chestnut Flan casserole. Entrée choices include Oven Roasted Turkey Breast or Oven Roasted Salmon. Each entrée comes with the choice of two sides including green beans, mashed potatoes, sweet potato dauphinoise and Brussels sprouts. Priced at $49.95 for adults and $15.95 for children, Chef's Tables will be plentiful, offering an inspired variety of Thanksgiving fare. Sides and appetizers will be offered in abundance ranging from Seasonal Salads, Roasted Fall Veggies and Maple Roasted Winter Squash, to Local Yams, and Cheddar Mac-n-Cheese. From Apple Cider Brined Turkey Breasts to Braised Berkshire Pork Shoulder and Seared Canadian Lake Trout, there is something for everyone. Appetizer choices include Roasted Chestnut Soup with chorizo sausage and apples, Squash & Ricotta Cheese Raviolis, Corned Hash & Eggs and Mushroom Crusted Scallops. Salads are offered for the second course and range from Double Dried Kobe Beef Bresola to Roasted Beet & Goat Cheese Salad with frisee, spiced pecans and sherry dressing.
