Divorced Chicago parents fight over child's religion

February 26, 2010 (CHICAGO) Rebecca Reyes told her story to ABC's Chris Cuomo.

The husband, Joseph Reyes, recently took his daughter to a Catholic church, in defiance of a 30-day temporary restraining order that forbids him from exposing his daughter to any religion other than Judaism.

Reyes was raised Catholic but converted to Judaism during his marriage.

Recently, he had his daughter baptized in the church without the knowledge of her mother.

More on the fight over faith will be broadcast during ABC's "20/20" Friday at 9 p.m. on ABC7 Chicago.
