Police: Man arrested for $50K in coke

March 11, 2010 (CHICAGO) Officers stopped Oscar Davis, 28, of Cincinnati, for a traffic violation on the West Side Tuesday just before 10 p.m. on Austin Blvd. near Madison. Police say Davis passed a vehicle on the righthand side.

Officers say when they approached Davis' Lincoln town car, they smelled marijuana. They say Davis admitted having a couple of bags of marijuana in his pockets.

When the officers called in a K-9 unit, four bricks of cocaine were found hidden inside the rear door on the driver's side of the vehicle.

Davis faces two drug charges including intent to deliver a controlled substance.
