Agnes Albinger has spent the past 9 months battling foreclosure.
Public officials have been trying to help Albinger keep her 70 acre farm, where she has lived since 1949.
The eviction letter comes just days after First Midwest Bank halted foreclosure proceedings.
Court records show Albinger and her 47-year old niece have borrowed around $700,000 in mortgages on the property.
The Will County State's Attorney's Office is investigating.
