Disney parks raise ticket prices

Disney theme parks in Florida and California are raising ticket prices starting Thursday, August 5.

In Orlando, one-day park passes to the Magic Kingdom will go up $3 to $82 per person. There will be a $6 increase for children ages 3 through 9. The additional park-hopper fee also goes up by $2 to $54.

Disneyland in Anaheim is also raising prices by about $4 to $6 depending upon the ticket.

Park passes already purchased are not affected by the price increase.
