Jury deliberates case of neo-Nazi accused of inciting violence

January 4, 2011 (CHICAGO)

The foreman from the 2004 trial, a Chicago man, testified he received ominous text messages after William White posted his personal information on a website.

Defense attorneys noted White never directly threatened the foreman.

In court Tuesday, an FBI agent testified that White once posted similar information about a columnist with the Miami Herald newspaper.

Hale is currently serving a 40-year sentence for ordering the head of his security to kill Judge Joan Lefkow.
