"I'm so overwhelmed; I had no idea this was going to happen," said Rachel Colletti.
She received a marriage proposal from her boyfriend, Tyler Schwartz.
Colletti says the last place she expected it to happen was on the ice at Millennium Park.
Schwartz had never skated before, and once told his now fiance he wasn't interested in going.
Colletti and Schwartz met at the University of Iowa and have been dating for three years.
They celebrated their engagement with dinner and champagne at Park Grill.
