The opera company has reached an agreement with performers and musicians, ending the threat of a lockout or strike by three major unions.
Contract details have not been released.
The one-year agreement still must be ratified by union members and the opera board, but the Lyric's upcoming season is expected to go on as scheduled, including a free concert at Millennium Park next month.
