"Are you concerned at all that as a country, because Osama Bin Laden has been eradicated, that we as a people will become less vigilant?" Brock asked Rice."We have to continue to be vigilant, this war on terror is not over," Rice answered.
Rice was invited to the Union Club's Authors Group luncheon. She signed copies of her new book, "No Higher Honor."
