The Consumer Product Safety Commission says it has received 200 reports about Push 'n Snap Cabinet Locks made by Dorel Industries. Nine hundred thousand of the safety locks are being recalled because they may fail to secure cabinets.
In 140 incidents, children were able to get into cabinets with the locks on them. Three of those children swallowed or handled hazardous cleaners or detergents.
