Dwayne Hatcher, 20, faces charges, including aggravated assault of an officer with a firearm. Daniel Davis, also 20, is charged with unlawful use and possession of a firearm by a felon.
Last Thursday night, Chicago police say officers tried to question two men at 105th Street and South Green Street. According to police, the pair fled and officers chased them. Investigators say during the pursuit, one man turned and pointed a sawed-off shotgun at an officer, who fired shots at the alleged offender.
