A family-sized sedan will no longer be made here in the U.S.

The last Mazda 6 rolled off the assembly line in Michigan Friday. The automaker plans to unveil a redesigned version of the vehicle in the next few days. However, the new Mazda 6 will be made overseas and imported into the U.S.

Sales of the Mazda 6 have been disappointed. It was expected to compete with the Honda Accord and the Toyota Camry.
