Officer Nelson Stewart was arrested Thursday and charged with sexual misconduct and bribery.
Investigators say Stewart told a prisoner at the Harrison District lockup that if the prisoner had sex with him that he could get the prisoner released.
Stewart's bond was set at $100,000, but he was able to bond out of jail on Friday.
