ABC7's news partner The Daily Herald reports she will be visiting Barrington High School after students there won the "Shine Bright Like A Diamond" student video contest. It's named for one of Rihanna's songs.
Students had to produce a video in which they interpreted Rihanna's song.
The video also had to demonstrate what the school does to give back to others.
Barrington High was one of 53 entries.
No date has been announced for the visit.
