James Romaine, 22, and the teen are charged with criminal sexual assault and home invasion. Police say they broke into a home last Thursday.
The female homeowner said she returned home and found them inside. They are accused of sexually assaulting her at gunpoint and forcing her to ride with them in her car. She was able to get away.
