Aaron Neal, 29, of South Holland, is charged in connection with a crash that killed one person and injured fourth others on the Dan Ryan Expressway at the Skyway ramp.

Deante Dillion, 22, was killed in the crash that closed the Dan Ryan for several hours early Saturday morning. He was pronounced dead at Stroger hospital at 4:45 a.m.

Neal is charged with aggravated DUI causing a death. Prosecutors said Neal's car crashed into a divider between the Chicago Skyway and Dan Ryan Expressway as they attempted to merge onto the Ryan, according to published reports.

Neal had a blood-alcohol limit three times the legal limit, according to the Chicago Tribune. Prosecutors said he admitted to drinking before the crash and police found open liquor containers on the floor of the car.
