12 Days of Santa at Roosevelt Collection

CHICAGO (WLS) -- There are only a few days left for the holiday shopping season, and the Shops at Roosevelt Collection are celebrating with the 12 Days of Santa. The free, family-friendly event takes place December 1-18, 2016. Expect visits from Santa Claus, arts and craft projects and live performances. Bring your pet on Sunday, December 18 for "Pet Night" from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., when Santa will be available for photos with your special pooch or cat.

The Shops at Roosevelt Collection is joining Chicago's Toys for Tots program. Those wishing to help make the holiday season bright for a child in need can donate unwrapped toys (for newborns through 16 years of age) at Santa's "satellite North Pole office" located at Roosevelt Collection.

Acappella group Open Fifth (https://www.facebook.com/OpenFifth/), from Miami (OH) University, will be one of the groups featured at the 12 Days of Santa. They stopped by the ABC 7 State Street Studios along with Heather Skomba from The Shops at Roosevelt Collection to preview their performance.

Saturday and Sunday, Dec. 17 and 18

Noon to 7 p.m. both days. Pet Photos with Santa are available on Sunday evening from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
