An Indiana teacher has resigned after breaking a student's finger during an anger management class.

It happened in Cloverdale, a town about 45 miles southwest of Indianapolis. Jordan Mundy explains he was wrestling with teacher Scott Porter when the teacher grabbed his index finger and broke it.

Porter is apologizing for what happened. The principal is looking into the incident, but it appears it started out as horseplay.

Porter could face charges.

The student's family is also planning a lawsuit.
