Customers complain about Pace Para-Transit
The group "Metro Seniors in Action" claims para-transit service in the city has become sub-standard since Pace took it over from the CTA in 2006.
They say Pace's dispatch system doesn't work. And they hope letters from riders outlining service failures will get officials to intervene.
Pace has apologized and says it is working "around the clock" to resolve the problems with its computerized reservation and dispatch system.
