Meditation may reduce blood pressure

A certain form of meditation may significantly reduce blood pressure.

A group of researchers from the University of Kentucky found that the regular practice of transcendental meditation, or TM, can lower your risk of dying from heart diseases by 12 to 15 percent.

Based on three studies, TM helped reduce a patient's systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure.
