Chicago Police say they believe a man and three children they have been looking for are in Mexico.

An Amber alert was issued for the children Fernando, Karla and Oscar Casanova. Their mother, Sophia Garcia, was found dead in her apartment on North Harding on Monday. Police believe her husband Benito Casanova took the children.

Thursday afternoon, officers said a surveillance picture shows Casanova and the children leaving a convenience store in Arkansas. They also say the recent order of protection that Garcia filed had never been served.
