Ridership on that branch has been down since the Pink Line began operating.
Also starting Monday, the frequency of service along the Forest Park and O'Hare branches of the Blue Line will be increased during morning and evening rush periods.

Service on the 54/ Cermak Branch is being eliminated effective Monday. It currently only operates during rush hour times.
