Charges filed in child's sex assault
INGLESIDE The incident happened on April 18 as the victim and her twin brother where riding their bicycles on the driveway of their home in north suburban Ingleside.
Twenty-three-year-old Joseph Dalton of Ingleside was arrested Monday.
He is charged with predatory criminal sexual assault.
A Lake County sheriff's detective recognized the sketch of the girl's attacker.
That led investigators to the suspect.
Bond has been set at $350,000.
