Madison County offers free transit for young people
EDWARDSVILLE, Ill.
Young people who hold the Summer Youth Passes will be provided with unlimited rides from Memorial Day through Labor Day on any MCT fixed-route bus. Passes are to be distributed in the next few weeks in the count's public and private schools.
