Lakeshore Drive to be resurfaced
CHICAGO Crews began patching potholes between Belmont and Hollywood.
The project is expected to take about two weeks, weather permitting.
Work is scheduled during off-peak hours - between 9:30am and 2:30 p.m.
two lanes at a time will be closed.
The pothole patching is just a temporary fix.
Later this summer, a full resurfacing of all lanes between Irving Park Road and Foster Avenue is scheduled.
