Chicagoans 'Walk Now for Autism'

Sunday's chilly weather did not keep a huge crowd from turning out for the event.The walk was a five kilometers and raised awareness and money for autism research.

Similar events were held across the United States, as well as in Canada and the United Kingdom.

Chicago's walk began at Soldier field.

ABC7 Chicago's own Alan Krashesky served as the master of ceremony.
