Hawaii's legendary Roy's is celebrating 20 years of business.
And its founder is touring the country, hosting special anniversary dinners at all of his restaurants.
Our Hungry Hound was curious about tomorrow night's menu, so he asked roy to stop by and show him what's on deck.
How about some hokkaido scallop sashimi or dover sole and king crab roulade?
Maybe you're more of a Hong Kong barbeque-braised pork kind of a person.
These are just a few of the bites that will be served Thursday night, as chef Roy Yamaguchi presides over a 20th anniversary dinner blowout in Chicago.
The prolific chef now has more than 30 restaurants in the U.S., seven of which are in Hawaii.
