A search is on for a driver who struck and killed a man and left the scene on Chicago's West Side Wednesday morning.The accident happened at Kenton and Madison. Witnesses told police that the victim appeared to be running northbound on Kenton. He was struck by a dark-colored four-door car travelling eastbound on Madison.
