Too much fruit juice may up diabetes risk

New research shows women can decrease their risk of type-2 diabetes with green leafy vegetables and whole fruits.

But researchers found that women who drank fruit juice on a daily basis in addition to whole fruits and veggies increased their likelihood of developing diabetes by 18 percent. It's believed that having the juice in addition to whole fruit may mean too much sugar that is rapidly absorbed.
